Restaurant Week 5 Course Dinner Event.  August 11 - 6PM at Grille 29 Huntsville.

$25 Deposit to Confirm Seat- Per Person 

Course 1 -Short Rib Carpaccio with Cheddar and Watercress
 Served with Cocktail :  Pisco & Pepper Sour (The classic Pisco Sour infused with subtle hints of Black Peppercorn and Bell Pepper)

Course 2- Creamy Sunchoke Soup with Pork Belly Garnish 
Served with Cocktail :Buddha's Belly (A most adventurous cocktail infused with Pork Belly and Shitake Mushroom)

Course 3- Fall Apple Salad with Kale and Local IPA Vinaigrette 
Served with Cocktail:   Caracas Negroni   (A Caribbean spin on a classic, garnished with Carbonated Pineapple)

Course 4- Sous Vide Beef Brisket with Cornbread Crab Cakes, Roasted Poblano Mashed Potatoes and Hot Pepper Jam Reduction
Served with Cocktail: Italian Seaside (Accentuated with Italian herbs and balanced with Lime and Celery)

Course 5- Baked Alaska Flambeed

Served with Cocktail: Clarified Port Punch (Featuring herbal tea, Cognac, and Port, clarified with Milk for an unctuous texture)
